Noli"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>On March 2, 2021, a memorandum of understanding was signed in UNIKO for academic cooperation in the field of higher education and scientific research between the rector of the University of New York Tirana  with Prof. Dr. Ismail KOCAYUSUFOGLU and the Rector of &#8220;Fan S.
