Judge Zaimi, a family court judge for the past ten years, explained some challenges that judges face when adjudicating divorce and child custody. Ms. Bajollari, a licensed and specialized court expert, focused on forensic psychologists&#8217; tools and techniques in court-mandated evaluations.
