We recently had the honor of hosting a landmark academic seminar on “Household Financial Fragility in the Western Balkans before COVID-19.” This session, led by the esteemed Elona Dushku, Head of the Microeconomic Research Division at the Bank of Albania, offered in-depth insights into the financial vulnerabilities that households in the Western Balkans faced prior to the pandemic.
