“One Day @ UNYT” | Virtual Event with the Municipality of Tirana

📢University of New York Tirana hosted today the Municipality of Tirana at the Virtual Event “One Day @ UNYT”.
The opening remarks were delivered by Prof Dr. Ismail KOCAYUSUFOĞLU, Rector of UNYT. Also present were the Deputy-Rector Prof Dr. Nertila GJINI, Head of the Career Office Besmira Lahi, and Internship professors with students interested to receive internships and other career opportunities from the Municipality of Tirana.
📍The importance of collaboration and career counseling started with the positive energy from the Deputy Major of the Municipality Mrs. Anuela RISTANI followed from the General Directors of different services and a wide range of facilities to youths from the Municipality Career Counselling unit.
Our students of all majors of all academic years were provided with information and orientation on how to benefit from the services provided to youth. Students came in with a series of questions regarding internship, employment, volunteer work, and innovative project ideas.
📍This event highlighted the collaboration among Academia, the Labor market, and Institutions as an important means of educating the leaders of tomorrow through responsibility and accountability.
