#IstanbulEducationSummit Day 2

University of New York Tirana is glad to announce that Prof. Dr. Erkan ERDEMIR was part of the panel during the “Istanbul Education Summit” where he delivered his speech on the topic of Education and Development. In this summit, organized by the Turkish Maarif Foundation, Prof. ERDEMIR emphasized the importance of giving the best of education to our young generations and focusing on research and innovation activities alongside teaching. Referring to the words of the Minister of Education, Prof. Dr. Evis Kushi, who also was a speaker at the Summit, he mentioned that Albania is working hard in restructuring the education system to embrace global standards, and as a part of the Albanian higher education system, University of New York Tirana strongly supports this vision.
