As part of the Erasmus+ Jean Monnet Module in “EU Health Issues,” his leader, Ph.D. Veshi, in collaboration with Ph.D. Koka (vice-Rector) and MSc Michele Pani (lecturer) as well as with other important Albanian and Italian scholars have published their paper – The Role of Legal Proxies in End-Of-Life Decisions in Albania: the need for an ad hoc Law – at BioLaw Journal, which is double blind peer-reviewed international research journal indexed in Scopus, Q2 with open access.
